Prepaid cell phones

   Prepaid cellphone is very useful for people who are not afford to pay such expensive price of cell phone and bill. It is much cheaper than the ordinary cell phone. But unlike what it is made for, there are some criminals who abuse its convenience. They know that it has no track of bill, and also no one knows who the owner of the cell phone is. Therefore, it is also very useful to criminals. So some of the state banned the prepaid cellphone by the law. Is it right action to that crime? Is there any other better way to resolve that problem?
   As I shortly mentioned above, there are good use of prepaid cellphone. for example, when you are parent and you have the child who is very chatty. So your child really want to get a phone to chat his or her friends. But you have not enough money to buy her a general cell phone. In this situation, there is no option couldn't be better than prepaid cell phone. Or when you are in emergency and really need cell phone continuously but you lost it few days ago, it could be the option to choose as well. On the contrary, there are many bad use of it and we should come up with the solution about it.
   In my personal opinion, banned the prepaid cellphone is too strict. It would be better when it could be tracked. The reason why people use the prepaid cellphone is that it has reasonable price. They might not care whether they are tracked or not. In the criminals point of view, when it has no longer the benefit of being able to avoid the track, there is no reason that the criminal use the prepaid cell phone any more. Therefore, prepaid cellphone with tracking is the good option to choose to solve the problem.

Implantable identifiers

   A few years ago, I saw a movie that is related to this issue. In that movie, powerful artificial intelligent robots control the human being. Every person has a microchip in their body since robots put it in when people are just born. they collect all information about a person with by using the chip. they know where people is, what people do. In reality, what if we have same situation like this? The government could be the "robot" in our society now. Or just individual could be the "robot" as planting the microchip to animals. Do the government have the right to do it? Is it justified when we do it to animals?

   In these days, some people plant the microchip to their animals to know where they are. I think it is good way to manage their animals. However, when it comes to human, it will become different. Unlike the animal, human being has the human rights and privacy. Therefore, it has to be very careful planting the chip to human body. It could results in the problem of the privacy invasion or human rights, even though it is to secure security for people. However, there are not only drawbacks on this issue. It could prevent the child from kidnapping, it could decrease the missing child rate. There are both side in this issue.

   Personally, I agree with planting the microchip to the young children who are below 5 years old. As I mentioned above, It will help prevent kidnapping and find the missing children. The young have no ability to protect themselves yet. I think that when we are saying the young children who are below 5 years old, the safety outweigh the privacy. They don't even know what the privacy yet. They need help. Therefore, if the government proceed the policy about planting the microchip to the young, I would agreed that policy.

My first blog

Hi everyone I'm Wonjune Song.
 This is my first personal blog. Because I am not interested in this kind of things before and not good at it as well, I never thought that I have my own blog. But now I feel differently. I am a little bit excited. Now I come to have my own place to put my thinking, opinion, feeling. and I could share these to the public. I think it become my outlet that I can freely express my personal stuff.
 But as I read from the book, A Gift of Fire, I should be alert to the danger of intrusion of privacy. I could post my intimate feeling or situation which I don't want to share not being aware that It is allowed anyone who would like to watch my post to read. And posting an bad comment on somebody is also the one that I should avoid.
 Therefore, keeping that in mind, I want to fill my blog full of my experience and feeling of travel. Through my travel, I will take many pictures and write the feeling or journey on the small diary. And when the travel finish, I will post those on my blog. I think that it will be very interesting when I see it later.
